As luck would have it, my A/C failed during a major hot spell, up to 110° in Cloverdale, CA! Coincidentally someone posted a reference to Canonico's Heating and & Air Conditioning on Facebook. I called at 8:00am (Tuesday morning after Labor Day) and Brad was at my home by 9:30am! Now that's a quick response, especially after a long weekend.

Brad showed up as scheduled. He explained everything he was doing, as he was doing it. Checking breaker, fuses and tested the A/C as needed. Turns out I needed a Super Boost to prevent the unit from tripping the breaker. I was happy to learn the repairs were affordable and more importantly my A/C didn't need to be replaced.

Prompt. Friendly. They are on my list for future concerns for sure!

Labor Day Weekend, and Saturday called others and the best they could do was Tuesday maybe. Called Mike on Sunday and he also was booked till Tuesday but offered a very early appointment on Monday. Called back with in minutes and said he could squeeze us in on Sunday. Arrived within the time frame he promised. Even with a parts run unit was humming away and cooling again. Not to mention that even with an emergency call out on a holiday weekend the repair cost was much lower than i anticipated. i would recommend Mike for all you AC/Heating needs. Thanks Mike!!!

Mike came recommended to us for a HVAC repair when our AC went out during the hottest part of the year. He responded quickly, communicated clearly, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, fixed our AC unit! We consider ourselves very lucky to be put in contact with him and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND his services. We HIGHLY recommend Mike Canonico's Heating and Air Cond.. Mike was able to work with our schedule and was very efficient with his time. He took care of everything, right down to installing a new thermostat inside. Our old system was 30+ years old and both the A/C and furnace were broken. He thoroughly and clearly explained the different systems available and the benefits of one over another in our two story home. He even climbed up in the attic to check the condition of our insulation (said it was excellent, not trying to over-sell). He came back a couple days after to check up on things and replace two ceiling registers, he let us know that the ones up there before were actually floor registers and were restricting air flow. Now I can stand anywhere in the house and feel the air swirling around me, it's truly amazing the difference. He also saved us $3,000 over a previous quote. Really!!! Call Mike, you WILL NOT regret it!!

We had a great experience with Mike. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. He took his time to explain everything about the new HVAC system and believe me, we had a lot of questions! He finished the job on time and every day he left the workplace clean. On top of that, his price was the best. We did our due diligence, asked for quotes from numerous contractors, and compared the proposed equipment and material. Mike's proposal was the best and he did a great job.

Mike is so wonderful. He helped us understand and plan for more than 14 Mitsubishi Mini-Splits in an old Victorian and Cottage all on the same property. We had several bids and Mike by far was the best choice. The splits he suggested were larger than the ones a competitor suggested and less expensive. Mike was efficient and timely with his installation and has been incredibly supportive and helpful after installation. We decided after installation to add the ability to operate and adjust the mini-splits from anywhere via an app on our phone. Since our property is rented as a vacation rental, this ability has been awesome, easily paying for itself. Guests occasionally leave them on when they leave and on very hot days I can turn them on and cool the homes before guests arrive.
