… just the way things go right …

Similar to the rest of Mike’s Review’s, I had “The Big Boyz” (incredible marketing department with all the “good deeds” they do for free & yes, clean well spoken young men in smart uniforms) come out to offer upon cursory assessment our equipment was toast with here’s three ways to go to replace … ~$19k, ~$25k or ~$31k depending on desired “efficiency’ performance …

Shared this data with a buddy who’s family had just had Mike & his work on theirs … buddy is all – “… you gotta’ call Mike …” –

Did –

He was there next day with an ballpark highest efficiency replacement estimate ~>30% less than their lowest efficiency proposal then suggested to have his repair guy come take a look as maybe it’s not that big a deal …

Next day with a service call arrival time window between 5 – 7pm (wait – what …?… 7’ish …?… working crazy late!) dude finishes a prior job early arriving at the house 3’ish – I’m at work – I tell him where the hideakey is and wish him (& us) luck …

I get home at 5:30 and the AC is on & running … house is locked up & cats are like huh … nicer in here than it was … thanks for that dad …

Are you kidding me right now I thought …

This is experience turns on it’s head integrity and service are no longer available …

I had just bought a house I Cloverdale. The movers brought my furniture last Monday and the AC worked. Sunday night was my first night staying there and it was 90 in my bedroom. No AC. I called Mike Monday morning and he came out and found out the refrigerant was low and had a dirty filter upstairs. He is honest and professional and won’t hesitate to call him again. Thanks Mike
