I had just bought a house I Cloverdale. The movers brought my furniture last Monday and the AC worked. Sunday night was my first night staying there and it was 90 in my bedroom. No AC. Highly Recommend! Michael is the real deal. My husband is a retired contractor, however, Michael did not know this when he came to assess our needs. We already had 2 contractors tell us that our air conditioning unit needed to be replaced and both bids were well over 17,000. My husband said the two previous servicemen did not test enough things to make sure our unit needed to be replaced but wasted no time in telling us how we could finance it through their companies.

My neighbor told me to call Canonico’s Heating & Air Conditioning. Michael (the owner) came out at 8 am on a Saturday morning after I left him a message the night before. He then tested everything: our thermostats, electrical panel, fuses, the motor in our unit, etc. He told us that our unit did not need to be replaced, just the capacitor. The local store did not have the one we needed, so he said he could get one on Monday and replace it. On Sunday morning, we receive a knock on our door. Michael had located the right part for our unit. He said that temps were going to be over 100 degrees and he did not want us to have to wait until Monday, so he located the part and installed it on Sunday morning. We were so relieved and grateful!!!!

Mike is so wonderful. He helped us understand and plan for more than 14 Mitsubishi Mini-Splits in an old Victorian and Cottage all on the same property. We had several bids and Mike by far was the best choice. The splits he suggested were larger than the ones a competitor suggested and less expensive. Mike was efficient and timely with his installation and has been incredibly supportive and helpful after installation. We decided after installation to add the ability to operate and adjust the mini-splits from anywhere via an app on our phone. Since our property is rented as a vacation rental, this ability has been awesome, easily paying for itself. Guests occasionally leave them on when they leave and on very hot days I can turn them on and cool the homes before guests arrive.
